When creating a shipment, you may get error 92 – Insufficient balance (prepaid accounts).
This message means that your Mondial Relay prepaid account balance is insufficient to create the shipment (your account is debited when the shipment is created in their system).
You need to go to your Mondial Relay account at https://www.mondialrelay.fr/ to top up your prepaid account.
