Error 92
When creating a shipment, you may encounter error 92 – Insufficient balance (prepaid accounts).
This message means that the balance of your Mondial Relay prepaid account is insufficient to create the shipment (your account is debited when the shipment is created in their system).
You need to go to your Mondial Relay account on the website https://www.mondialrelay.fr/ to recharge your prepaid account.
