Shipments can be tracked in two places:
- in the details of the order in the WooCommerce menus,
- in the “Shipping” menu of the Mondial Relay module for WordPress.
The status of shipments is updated regularly in the background, but you can request a real-time status update on each shipment.
1. Tracking in WooCommerce menus
In the details of the order in the WooCommerce menus, the Mondial Relay box on the right gives you all the shipping information related to this order. You thus have the status which informs you on the progress of the shipment with the Mondial Relay teams. It is also possible to update the tracking by clicking on the “Tracking” button:
2. Tracking in the menus of the Mondial Relay module for WordPress
This tracking is done in the “Shipping” menu of the module. This page gathers all the Mondial Relay shipments of the shop. You will have on the left of the table the status of the shipment and on the right the “Tracking” button to update the status in real time.
