Error 97
When creating a shipment, you may encounter error 97 – Invalid security key.
The first thing to do is to check your private key entered in the Account tab of the plugin. Any difference, especially in case sensitivity, can cause this error.
If the error is not coming from there, you need to follow these steps:
1. Go to the “Mondial Relay” menu, submenu “Maintenance”, “Maintenance” tab,
2. Enable debug mode and validate,
3. Redo a shipment creation test,
4. Report an incident to support by copying and pasting the detailed error message obtained.
