How to retrieve your Mondial Relay – InPost credentials (APIv1 and APIv2)

1/ For OffreStart customers – APIv1

Log in to your Mondial Relay account at: www.mondialrelay.fr

Go to “My Profile”:

Go to “My login settings” to retrieve API1 parameters:

2/ For Custom Offer customers – APIv1

The “security parameters” document is sent to you by your account manager in PDF format and contains the following information (the information below is fictional and provided for example purposes only):

3/ For OffreStart customers and Custom Offer customers – APIv2

Access Connect (For Custom Offer customers, the link is sent to you by your account manager when your account is created):

Access the API configuration page:

Select API2:

You can then retrieve the two APIv2 codes:

If you do not have codes for APIv2, this means you must first activate them by clicking the “Regenerate API credentials” button. You will need to validate the following message (important only if you already have codes on the page) to obtain your APIv2 codes.

4/ Entering the retrieved codes

These different codes must then be entered in the “Account” tab of the plugin.
