When creating a shipment, you may get error 74 – invalid language.
This error may occur if you have not filled in the “Seller” tab in the Mondial Relay menu. You just have to complete it to correct the error.
If this is not the cause of the error, you need to follow the next steps:
1. Go to the “Mondial Relay” menu, submenu “Maintenance”, tab “Maintenance”,
2. Activate the debug mode and validate,
3. Redo a test to create the shipment,
4. Report an incident with a copy and paste of the resulting detailed error message.
