WebService connection test

Once the prerequisites have been validated and all the configuration steps have been carried out, you can test the call to the Mondial Relay system.

This test is accessible in the “Maintenance” menu of the plugin, “Web Service Mondial Relay” tab, by pressing the “Test the Web Service Mondial Relay” button:

Two distinct elements will be tested:

• the technical connection to the Mondial Relay system and the validity of the codes entered in the “Account” tab,
• the information entered in the “Seller” tab of the plugin.

In case of success, you will have a feedback on these two tests in green:

If this is not the case, error messages will tell you what problems need to be resolved.
