Prerequisite

Mondial Relay – InPost Contract

You must have a professional contract with Mondial Relay – InPost to be able to make deliveries through them. If you do not yet have a Mondial Relay – InPost professional account, you can request one from Mondial Relay – InPost via their website: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/

PHP Version

The plugin requires a PHP version equal to or greater than version 7.4.0. However, it is strongly recommended to use an up-to-date and supported PHP version (you can find this information on the following page: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php).

PHP SOAP Package

The SOAP protocol is one protocol used to communicate with the Mondial Relay Web Service. This is a standard PHP package, but some hosting providers do not enable it by default.

You can verify that this class is activated on your site by going to the “WooCommerce” menu, “Status” submenu, “System Status” tab and looking in the “Server Environment” table for the line named “SoapClient”.

If you receive an error message, you will need to activate this SOAP class on your PHP server to be able to use the Mondial Relay plugin for WordPress.

WordPress Version

The plugin is compatible with WordPress from version 5.6 onwards. It is strongly recommended to use the latest available version of WordPress.

WooCommerce Version

The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce from version 5.6 onwards. It is strongly recommended to use the latest available version of WooCommerce.

Jquery Version

The plugin is compatible with Jquery included natively in WordPress (version 3.7.1). Compatibility with Jquery versions different from the native version integrated in WordPress is not guaranteed.
