When creating a shipment, you may get error 97 – Invalid security key.
The first thing to do is to check your private key entered in the Account tab of the plugin. Any difference, especially on case, can cause this error.
If this is not the cause of the error, you need to follow the next steps:
1. Go to the “Mondial Relay” menu, submenu “Maintenance”, tab “Maintenance”,
2. Activate the debug mode and validate,
3. Redo a test to create the shipment,
4. Report an incident with a copy and paste of the resulting detailed error message.
