Frequent errors
Error 74
When creating a shipment, you may encounter error 74 – invalid language.
This error can occur if you have not filled in the “Seller” tab present in the Mondial Relay menu. You just need to complete it to fix the error.
If the error is not coming from there, you need to follow the following steps:
1. Go to the “Mondial Relay” menu, “Maintenance” submenu, “Maintenance” tab,
2. Enable debug mode and validate,
3. Retry creating the shipment,
4. Report an incident to support by copying and pasting the detailed error message obtained.
